Exhibits are produced by digitally imaging the design
at 600 dpi, with solvent-based inks onto pressure-sensitive vinyl.
The
digital print is then applied to a sheet of white sign-grade
aluminum, and overlaminated with a clear, non-yellowing, scratch-resistant
film. This is our least expensive method of production, and exhibits
moderate resistance to fading, with a typical life span
of 3 to 5 years*.
Extra or “back-up” prints are usually
not produced with this method.
